What is Hailuo?+
Hailuo is MiniMax's family of AI video models. HailuoLabs is an independent browser studio for them — not affiliated with MiniMax. The default paid model is Hailuo 03 (MiniMax H3): 4–15 second clips at 768p or 2K, with native stereo, omni references, and instruction-based edit.
Is Hailuo free?+
Yes. The free plan gives you credits for watermarked Hailuo 02 videos at 512p, no card required. Hailuo 03, 2.3 and higher resolutions need a paid plan from $14/month, which also includes a commercial licence.
How do I access Hailuo 03?+
Create an account and upgrade to a paid plan. Hailuo 03 is then the default model in the prompt box. It runs in the browser, so there's nothing to download. The free tier stays on Hailuo 02.

The Hailuo models are developed by MiniMax. HailuoLabs is an independent studio that gives you a prompt-based interface for Hailuo 03, Hailuo 2.3 and Hailuo 02. We are not affiliated with MiniMax.
Does Hailuo generate sound?+
Yes. Stereo music, ambient sound effects and character dialogue are generated in the same pass as the video and synced to the action. Quoted lines get matching lip movement.
